Avery Ranch
Avery Ranch is located north of highway 620 on Parmer Lane. It is a master planned community with over 1800 acres. It contains, first time homebuyer homes, garden homes, condominiums, and estates. Prices range from the mid 100's to close to a million. Most of the homes were built after 2003, so it is a newer area of Austin. Some of the homes are in the Round Rock ISD and some are in the Leander ISD. It contains an excellent Country Clubwith an 18 hole golf course.
