Onion Creek Homes
Onion Creek golf course was the original site of the Masters Tournament. It is located on the east side of South IH35. It used to be all by itself, but the city has grown so now it is in the midst of shopping areas. Onion Creek meanders throughout the subdivision and many of the homes have a creek view or golf course view--some have both. The club offers a 27 hole golf course, olympic sized swimming pool, a state of the art fitness center, and 4 hard tennis courts and 2 clay courts. It has casual as well as formal dining facilities. Homes in this neighborhood range from townhomes and condos to large estates. Prices are more reasonable because of the location away from downtown. Residents are very happy with the location because it is not far from the airport and since it is situated on IH35, is within an easy commute to all parts of Austin.
