Southeast Austin Neighborhoods
Homes in the Southeast Austin Neighborhoods are located South of the river and East of IH35. Austin has been changing for the last few years along IH35 south. It is difficult to tell when your leave Austin and enter Buda--pronounced buedah--not boodah. Most of the car dealers in town had a dealership there, but now there are shopping centers, movie theaters and specialty stores. Onion Creek Subdivision was all alone way south of town, but it's not so alone anymore.
