Stratford
Stratford is just across the low water crossing of Red Bud Trail in Westlake. Sometimes referred to as 'pill hill' because of the many doctors who live here, it is an exclusive gated neighborhood. The homes overlook Lake Austin and the city of Austin and range in price from the high 800's to well over a million. It is very near downtown and the hike and bike trail that leads to Zilker Park. It abuts the neighborhood of Rollingwood. These homes are served by Eanes Independent School District.
