Treemont is in Westlake near MoPac and south of Bee Cave Road. It is convenient to Barton Creek Mall and has easy access to downtown Austin. The homes range in price from the mid 400's to close to a million.&; The older section was built in the late 80's and 90's and the newer section is still being built. The newer homes have much smaller yards.&;
